Hello - we're looking for a cleaner too. I had a great cleaner but she has had to stop work to care for her father. Would you mind us contacting yours? How much do you pay per hour?

Many thanks for the responses. We've got one more builder to see next week but I think we're likely to go with Plus Rooms. We'll heed your advice and ask them to put us in touch with a previous client nearby.

Did you go with Plus Rooms in the end?

We've just spoken to them about doing a side return and they seem very good and competitive on their pricing. I'd be really interested in feedback from people that have used them.
