Sleep trainer

Can anyone reccomend a sleep training night nanny? My 14 month old has never been a good sleeper but has got much worse recently! Working full time on no sleep is becoming quite hard work now and I'm desperate for some help sorting his sleeping out as he's exhausted during the day too.

Nanny Bank Holiday Pay

Hi, I have a nanny one day a week (mondays) should I pay her for Bank Holidays as I won't need her those days? Thanks!
