Keatings are great - always had a good experience to get tenants through them. However, avoid XanderMathews (Acre Lane, Brixton). New agency so cheaper but again lying, dreadful communication, not taking a holding deposit from potential tenants who then dropped out and blatantly ignoring instruction...
