Ours is fine but I can't say I am bowled over by her efficiency. I have to ask for specifics to be done each week or it just doesn't happen eg. Please dust banisters, please do not mop the bathroom until you have hoovered it. Gets a bit boring every time but I don't know who else to use so feel bett...

I agree about Multiserve. They have completely botched up what should have been a very small job for us. Took numerous visits and four different guys over a period of two months before they actually finished it. We have had to buy additional materials to replace items they damaged and fitted badly f...
