Beach B&B, pub accomodation recommendations

Evening,

Can anyone recommend a B&B or pub with rooms near the coast for a weekend away with old friends in late July. Doesnt need to be particularly smart just clean and within two hours of London with good walks.

Thank you!

Re: HELP! Sudocream on carpet-any advice?!

I posted a while ago for a carpet cleaner and others on Nappy Valley recommended Gary at Bristow cleaning... he came and did the house recently and was reasonable and professional if you do indeed need to call in the pro's... Needless to say the day after my children got struck by a vomiting bug all...

Theatrebugs summer club

Has anybody had any experience of this and is it any good? Are the staff ratios good especially for the 3 / 4 year olds and are they little ones kept separate from the older ones?

Would love to hear views on this and also any other summer camp type activities!

Many thanks

My child has always been a brilliant sleeper but since we removed a railing the duvet keeps falling off and waking her up... ie. this morning at 5am it was fully on the floor. I know she needs to learn to right it herself but if anyone knows any tricks or gadgets to help I would be grateful? I have ...

We are also looking at these schools and would be interested in understanding more about the academics at Broomwood... They mar...

Hi Does anybody know any good mother and baby groups in deprived areas who may be able to give clothes / toys to people how may be less fortunate. We are having a big clear out and I would much rather give it to such a group than eg. Fara. Also does Oxfam recyle things as well as I think I saw somet...

Re: Interview with Wandsworth Council re. the One O Clock Cl

I would fully support a stay and play and used to go to the Windmill one o'clock club but with two under threes who both sleep for two hours over lunch anything around that period is useless...

Good luck and i hope it gets up and running though...

Re: What is reasonable to expect from a cleaner?

I agree it depends on the number of hours they have. We had the most amazing cleaner who then moved to a different profession. After trying probably four cleaners most recommended on this website and all at £10 an hour, more than we paid before, I was ready to give up. We now use Done and Dusted who...

Re: What do you think about a nanny with her own child?

I am afraid I wouldnt as there are lots of good nanny's and nanny shares out there. If her / his child was in danger or ran across the road even after your own child I believe that human instinct is that they would most likely go for their blood relation. Thats not to say there arent good Nanny's wh...

Gardners...

We are looking for someone to come help tidy the garden every two / three weeks. We dont need someone who is a fully qualified gardner just someone who can mow and sweep. If anybody knows anybody in the Clapham area who could help it would be fab.

Thanks so much.
