Surveyor & planning permission...

If anybody can recommend anybody we would be very grateful... we need urgent advise as we have builders waiting to start and think we may have missed something! Huge thanks.

Stating the obvious but different families like to manage it in different ways. As someone has said the key is to discuss it in the interview. We have always said they can help themselves to anything in the fridge /cupboard. Every week I also ask what they would like to be added to the delivery shop...

Surveyor for planning permission

We need to get someone to give an opinion on whether we need planning for some changes to the house and garden. If anybody can recommend anyone they have used I would be hugely grateful as its all rather urgent!

Estate agents fees - what is the norm?

Hello Does anybody have any advice on the normal rate after negotiations to pay for selling a property? Also most estate agents seem to say their rates are 2% to 2.5% but I have been told you can get it down to 1.5%? If anybody has any tips on negotiation please do let me know! Thank you very much..
