I too was afraid of being a single mum, I shouldn't have been. Its hard work, exhausting and for a year or so you may question it, but you will adapt, cope and have a very much happier lifestyle than staying in a loveless relationship. Please don't be afraid to ask friends to help. Good Luck xx

Structural engineer needed for a small flat conversion

Can anyone recommend a structural engineer - i need to know whether any of the walls are load bearing (pretty certain they aren't, but am not sure) before getting builders quotes.

Its for a flat in SW11 so local ones preferred. Thanks

We have just come back from 3 days in normandy at eurocamp site - utterly brilliant in the grounds of a chateau with very warm outside pool, and incredible inside pool and slide complex. We had 2year old, 6, 8, 10 year old. All loved it. Also fishing, play area, volleyball, football etc etc on site....

Square beech play pen with adjustable height £50 ovno

Mothercare blue double buggy 3-wheeler £35

with foot muffs, rain cover and basket. All terrain. I cant add the photos as they are too big but will email anyone interested. This is a well used buggy, with countless scratches if you looked closely but still in good working condition. The basket has a hole which could be repaired and the handle...
