I have one, never used, Lindam Sure Shut Orto White Stairgate if you want it. Paid £20 for it new but never needed to fit it.

I'm in SW4 if you want to come and get - I can send you a photo of the box if you need measurements. Just give a fiver to charity if you end up taking it.

WE did this, I loved it. I was able to treat baby number 2 as a bit of a first born child and give her lots of attention, knowing that lovely nanny was doing same with our first child. Good advice to line up plans for your days, and to be honest good advice too to sometimes let her take the load off...
