A nursery I am considering takes babies for walks off-site (e.g to the park in double buggies) even though they have an outside space on-site. A volunteer does something for free. This is clearly not the case here. Whilst it may be a good deal for an all the frills party, it sounds like you have no choice in the venue or the entertainment details and you will be filmed for all the public to see in some form or another. No thank you.
