Set of 6 antique chairs £150

Six grey and white dining chairs purchased a few years ago from a Notting Hill antiques shop. (2 armchairs, 4 regular chairs)
In good condition, except the white linen seats are stained on a few of the chairs and would need to be re-upholstered.

Noise reduction

I have recently moved in between the commons and am hearing a lot more plane noise than I would like. Does anybody have any experience and recommendations for the following:
- double glazed windows or secondary glazing?
- loft insulation?
- good fitting companies?
