Range cooker recommendation

I am the same person who asked for fridge freezer recs a few days ago. Now I'm asking if anyone has recommendations on range cookers. Is the brand important? Rangemaster, Britannia, Belling, Smeg???

American fridge freezer brand/model recommendation

My husband and I are building a new kitchen and are therefore in the market for a new American style fridge freezer.

Can anyone shed light on what are the most helpful/important features? What should we be on the lookout for, what should we be wary of, etc?

Any advice is most welcome.

Short term let needed for January and February 2014

We are a young family with a six month old in need of a warm, comfortable but not necessarily large place to live for two months while our house undergoes extensive building work. Ideally anywhere between Clapham and Wimbledon would suit. Pls let me know if you have a property to let. Thanks!
