I had it after my little girl was born and it lasted for months. The splints really helped, breastfeeding didn't ( baby resting on my arm) I'm not sure if the breastfeeding hormones make it worse?? But it went soon after I stopped breastfeeding(6/7 months) and never returned. I'm thinking about tryi...

Trust yourself, you will know your baby better than anyone else by the end of day one! Definitely try to sleep when baby sleeps....make the most of your partners paternity leave and sleep/ get them to take baby out for a walk so you can switch off and nap. I didn't do this as I felt euphoric for wee...

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I live in Clapham and could have gone to either too. I chose St Thomas's for the birth of my little girl and was so pleased I did. I had the most brilliant experience, a water birth in Home from Home and it was everything I hoped for. I felt safe and they encourage...
