Re: Norfolk - advice on areas

I would second the area around Sheringham in north Norfolk too. Near to Holt and beautiful, no incredible beach at Wells-next-the-Sea. We stayed at this self catering accommodation last summer and it was gorgeous. So peaceful and perfect for all the family to stay together (we were three generations...

Re: Looking for a 2bed flat --direct landlord

Not in your chosen areas, and a little over budget, but I'm renting looking for tenants for this lovely flat near Wandsworth Town/East Putney.

Re: How to split inheritance?

I think it's simple. Your Great Aunt wishes the money to come to you three, not the next generation. The number of children has no bearing. What if one cousin had no children! Would they receive no inheritance?

What your cousin chooses to do with her money is her business if and when she receives it.

Looking for a young male babysitter!

My boys have been asking if I can find them a "boy babysitter"! So I am on the hunt for a lovely 'manny' for ad hoc evenings out, if anyone knows of one!

My boys are 7 and 5 and we are in Tooting Bec.

Many thanks!

Re: Starting school in Sept - what should they know?

The above is all correct, but they will offer help to those that are struggling with buttons etc.

Don't panic! They pick it up quickly if you have helped with the basics.
