My husband runs a building company so feel free to contact him. He has built a few in the area recently.

Tooting Bec Common football - who to contact?

My 5yr old son would love to join in with one of the many sessions I see on the Common every Saturday.

Are they all run by different people and does anyone have any contact details?

Many thanks

Re: Chinatown for Chinese New Year with a 4.5 year old insan

Forgot to mention, if you don't fancy trekking into Chinatown then Tai Tung in Purley Way is very good too. Also busy on a Sunday and no need to worry about noisy kids!

Re: Chinatown for Chinese New Year with a 4.5 year old insan

I'm chinese and we love a dim sum at Joy King Lau.

On a Sunday it's bustling with families and you end up queuing if you get there past 1pm. I think dim sum finishes about 4pm.

Any tips for our family ski trip?

We've just booked our first family ski trip with Mark Warner over Christmas. We've got a 5 and 6 year old who we've booked on morning ski school.

Has anyone got any useful tips? Anything you wish you took, did take and found invaluable? Any advice appreciated!

Paris apartment needed for long weekend

I've looked at airbnb but can anyone recommend any other sites to look for a weekend apartment in Paris?

If it helps, I need to look at Batignolles, Villiers, near Parc Monceau, Ternes and generally anything in the 17th.

Re: Princess Laiza - tips or advice?

Thank you all for taking the time to pass on your tips and advice. I'll be printing it off to take with us!

We are definitely up for breakfast on the terrace! We are in a 1 bed suite so within the hotel. I did hear the family suites were a bit cut off from the main hotel.

Mandarin class - St Josephs College, SE19

My 6 yr old daughter has just started beginners class here. I thought I'd let people know about it as at present there are only 2 children in the class so I'm worried it won't be sustainable. It only costs £2 per class for an hour, 11:10-12:10 every Saturday on a drop in basis. There is also a class...
