Hi all As most of you will know, the council have decided to create a bulge class at Smallwood to accommodate the parents in the Earlsfield area allocated to Mosaic, like myself. I agree with the last couple of posts - the more I learn about the rules under which new schools can be created, the more I feel the root of this issue lies with Michael Gove rather than Wandsworth Council.
