Re- Affleck- do not touch them!! They promise everything and then slow down to snails pace and drag the completion- nice workmen but administration /management is terrible- they just don't care!! And forget about project management!! Never again...

Do not use a company called Affleck!! Appalling and not interested although each individual workman was very nice- and some more competent than others.
