GP and dentist recommendations on Clapham Common north side

Hello everyone

We just moved to Clapham Common north side and really new to the area.

Would anyone be so kind to recommend GP and dentist nearby. Also any baby (1 yr old ) friendly leisure centre , activity centre and possible a good vet for our two dogs would be great.

Thanks a lot~
