how 'recent' is his new sibling?

Thrashing stuff / peeing on hands etc, can be partly attention seeking etc.

Have you tried emotion cards?

Does he have special regular 1 to 1 time with you?

you will likely struggle to fill this for a while yet as its quite early / far in advance to fill a role for that shorter period - you'll have much more luck nearer or in February as then you will have applicants who are perhaps looking for the right long-term role but will happily take a short term...
