I agree that it is a real pain but I'm not sure what Wandsworth BC would be able to do about it if the traffic is headed to Merton? Merton council are hardly likely to want to encourage the HGV's to go onto their streets instead of Wandsworths and I'm not sure how WBC could force Merton BC to do som...

Has anyone used an online estate agent?

Perhaps I am being stingy but 1.25% for selling a London house seems an awful lot of cash.

Considering Sarah Beeny's online agency as I can do viewings myself and apparently the agency does the negotiation bit.

Any thoughts? Views from anyone that has sold this way particularly welcome.

Thanks for that cynic. I saw the MSE info before posting but it didn't answer my question about entry into the scheme. I have now twigged that to get the £2,000 per child tax free childcare, I have to be paying £10,000 plus per year in childcare (20% of costs are covered up to a max of £2K per year)...

Nightmare. I can understand why you are worried. You've probably tried all of this but in case not: - always eat meals with him and emphasise how delicious your food is. - try him in a different place/different people eg at a grandma's house without you there. - get him to help you to cook the meal....
