Re: 2nd property sch fees

@tomsmum2008, well, all the points I have already mentioned apply to your case, too: I don't see buy to let making a lot of financial sense in London, now, for the reasons I have already mentioned. To recap: mortgage rates are very high compared to rental yield and, even if you are lucky enough to ...

Re: Low Ovarian Reserve

Hi,  I could have written this myself at a similar age. I was 32 when I was told I didn't stand much chance because my AMH was 5 pmol and FSH i think was 11 or 12. I'm 40 now with a 4 year old, with a few on ice so it is possible. My problem was not just low AMH but also endometriosis, in fact I've ...

Re: Recommendation needed: Fertility Clinic in London AND specialist

I would recommend the Lister clinic in particular Raef Faris. I've also heard good things about the ARGC, if you want bed side manner you won't get it here, but they have the highest success rates of all the clinics as they are very specific with your protocol to get it exactly right for highest cha...

Re: HORMONES- HELP !

Hi,

I get dreadful PMT, full on rage for a week before period is due. The only thing that ive found that truly helped was change in diet, supplements and accupuncture twice a month - have you considered accupuncture?

Re: To Board or Not To Board?

In reply to Star The old school that Ian Hislop visited was Ardingly, which was the school I went to from age 13 - 18 years old. I have nothing bad to say about the place, I boarded there as well and have some fantastic friends as a result. :) In reply to Scottov Unfortunately children do still boar...

Re: To Board or Not To Board?

I weekly boarded from the age of 7...30 years ago now. At the time my parents felt they had no choice, they were building the business, travelling all over the UK and this was their only option. In my opinion, even more so now I have my own child, it was far too young, I learnt quickly that I couldn...

Re: secret behind the picture perfect marriage?

Elodie, Why are you so intrigued to find out if there are other people 'like yourself' who have had similar experiences when you've deliberately gone out of your way to go to 'sex parties where there are people like me, no chavs etc'...you've answered your own question already. Would it confirm some...

Re: secret behind the picture perfect marriage?

Elodie...if that is even your name. Frankly speaking, your blog or fake blog to release a book is nothing millions of us haven't come across a thousand times before, belle du jour started this theme a decade ago. Middle Class woman discovers Killing Kitten (or similar) in hope it might "spice u...

Re: Making a Ring! Looking for ring/diamond shops in London and Brighton

Another vote for W&W on Webbs Road, they made both our engagement and wedding rings. I couldn't find any designs I liked in the shops so they made exactly the ring I wanted and love it! :) Friendly service dont feel like you're being ripped off.

Re: Acupuncture for fertility, IVF in Clapham?

Hi,

I've seen a few people based in Clapham, Kate Freemantle and Zoe Lake, I would recommend out of the two Zoe.

Good luck! :)

Re: Property management advice

Hi, I use ManageMyProperty, found them to be one of the cheapest 8% rather than the 12 % + Cluttons etc were trying to pull, that's to both find and vet tenants initially and manage, if you want to just manage i think it drops to 6%. I'd also recommend Mark Hillier who were around a similar price, d...
