We’ve also recently got a Building survey done by James Delamere (the firm is Delamere Nicolet when you google). Highly recommend both James and Chris Nicolet … the survey report is detailed and they were easily available to resolve queries.

Moving away sale / give away??

Folks, we're based in SW11 and will soon be moving away from Nappy Valley (gutted!) ... I am considering a physical 'moving away sale/giveaway' for the innumerable things (majority are baby stuff) that won't make the move.  Unfortunately, the charity shops don't accept several article/categories ......

Need Driving instructor

Hi,

I have never driven a car in my ripe old 30 years of life and now am finally taking the plunge to learn to drive an automatic car.

Please can you all recommend a driving instructor who is patient and is available on July-August over weekends or weekday late evenings preferably.
