What a lovely thing to do! The Little Princess Trust even accept donations if you cut your own hair (they really need at least 12”) and they have a video telling you how to do it. I fully agree dog’s should be on leads in cafes - we have always kept our dog on a lead, and it can be upsetting to dogs who are restrained to have other dogs running over and they can’t get away, let alone the risk to small children…
