There are a lot of very wonderful places you could go to (that cost a lot!), but if you fancy something a bit more reasonably priced, we really loved this one for a one night away.
I've used Dental Arts Studio Clapham Jct for a while now and they are very sweet with my two boys (4 and 2). Never had any major work, only check ups, but I have found them to be very good.
The County Arms might interest you. They have an area called the Conservatory and Summer room which is good for kids. No actual toys, but I'm sure you could bring your own. Have a look at their website, it's got a floor plan too.
