That dog is dangerous. Its not under control and doesn't know it's place. The owner needs to muzzle the dog and undertake some serious training. Report it to the dog warden. It might be a child's face next time.

If he leaves the jurisdiction of the British courts you may not be able to enforce anything. I would take some legal advice very quickly if I where you. Citizens advice might be a good place to start.

A seatbelt should never be put around an adult and child at the same time. The adults bodyweight will crush the child against the seatbelt.

Try the Joy of Sound. They do wonderful improvisation workshops . Suitable for anyone. Took a one and two year old along- they loved it and so did I and the people leading were very skilled at including everyone at their own level of ability.

Sandyballs ( really) has chalets/ log cabins- some are quite luxurious but with facilities for families- swimming pool etc. We actually camped in their tipis and had a great weekend.
