THANK YOU for addressing this and taking this seriously. Agree the small fine isn’t enough to put people off - £1000 is more like it. In full support. It’s disgusting, people who can’t pick up after their dogs don’t deserve to have dogs. Even a “three strikes and you’re out” penalty may be effective...
