Re: Stay at Home Mum

My experience was funnily the opposite. I felt like the only person I met who actually intended to work full time post baby around here and got loads of patronising “poor you can’t you work something out?” Comments from people who didn’t seem to understand that sometimes a woman’s wage can be too la...

Re: Playball are giving away one free class to everyone!!!

Loved this offer. did the free trial this sat and thought it was great, but went to book the place for my little one for the term yesterday and was told the place is gone. Kind of defeats the purpose of offering a free trial if you don’t then get first refusal on the space and this was not clear whe...

Re: Kitchen companies - views on Blakes, Eclectic, Sola and others?

Depending on your style considered higham. My kitchen is very similar to one from blakes but cost a lot less. Amazing product, customer service and after care. Feel free to contact me and can send photos of our kitchen

Nurseries

I'm investigating options for day nurseries around the northcote rd area for when I go back to work in the autumn My baby will be c 9 months then. Really need to be able to drop c 7:45 and pick up a little after 6pm. The option for wrap around care once school starts one day is also a consideration....

Travel buggy

Hello!
My son will be 5 month old when we go on holiday and I'm not sure about taking our uppababy vista in case it gets destroyed in the hold etc etc. Can anyone recommend a lightweight folding buggy that isn't ££ that might be suitable for a child his age and also allow sleeping. Thanks so much!
