Hear hear to all of your pleas that we shop local. It will be such a shame if Northcote Road chages when we could have all just done a tiny bit to help prevent it.

Julian, are you talking from experience? I ask only that my husband is adamant we don't go abroad this summer as we won't have insurance. Have you managed to get some? Or do you think it is ok to go abroad if we use a travel agent for the booking etc.

I was on the Common on Wednesday and saw some teenage girls directing NHS ambulance responders to a group (presumably the one that they were with). Not sure what had gone on but one girl looked very worse for worse. Drink I'm guessing?? Don't want to be judgemental as it must very hard to be locked ...

Husband not helping with kids despite working from home

I hate to men bash but I am losing the will with my husband. He has a big job, works long hours and usually our young children / house are my responsibility. I am absolutely more than fine with that.
