We don't send cards, but we do send a thank you message via text or whatsapp. I try to include a picture or video of the children using the gift just to show it is being appreciated.

It's so difficult, as they say 'you can't choose their friends' but I think its the right call to have had an open discussion with him. We used Home Tales who were very helpful throughout the process, explained everything and took into consideration what we needed (growing boys with too many things and not enough space!). They were also very understanding to our budget - would definitely recommend.

Used a company called Home Tales for our extension - their engineers put together our building regulations pack with calculations for the builder and building control officer. Found them very helpful and great to work with!

Definitely not a first world problem! As much as we want our kids to be resilient and there is a chance in that environment they won't continue to target her, you have to ask yourself if 6 months of anxiety over these bullies, alongside the general worries that come with big school, is worth that pl...

I was shocked by our energy metre over this winter period - we've never been wasteful but seeing the pence go up in real time definitely made me more vigilant with the bathroom light and tv's on stand by. We were pleasantly surprised by the Ikea sofa beds!  We had the Karlstad - was very comfortable as both a sofa and bed, storage in the bed pull-out for guest bedding and we were able to get replacement covers when it fell victim to general wear and tear (and messy children  😒)

When we used Home Tales for our plans and planning permission they recommended Artan at Home Constructive who we found to be a very knowledgeable and reliable London builder!

It's a boundary that she should not have crossed, you are the parents and it's not her place to take these decisions upon herself - grandparents can be terrible with accepting they have to take the backseat now.
