Exactly! This is why I don't like to call what I do 'postnatal' ... because the physiologiocal effects of pregnancy, childbirth & mothering do NOT go away once we are no longer considered 'postnatal'. The medical profession signs us off as 'just like everyone else now', but we're not. We're mums...
