How can I get my son to listen and do as asked!

advice please. how can I make my four year old listen? He's my third but experience doesn't seem to play a factor here! He needs to be told to do something many many times. he literally isn't hearing what I say and when he does, no response until it's repeated several times. I find it really frustra...

I'd second every word of the previous posting.Nicky too came to our home to do a luxury pedicure for my friend and me. Great pedicure for a very reasonable price and she was lovely company too, we'd both definitely be using her again. :D
