Re: Buying freehold from'absent' freeholder

It's likely to be extremely worthwhile purchasing the freehold as it will make your flat much more saleable and a freehold interest is more desirable than a leasehold one. You and your neighbour will have control over the property and can also be certain that you are spending money on repairs etc th...

Re: Baby Jogger City Mini

We have the Baby Jogger City Mini Double and absolutely love it. Both my husband and I are tall and we like the height of the handle - but it would also be fine for someone smaller. It is so good at turning etc and is really easy to manoeuvre. It is also incredibly quick and easy to pack up as well ...

Re: anyone been to Pro Kut on Chestnut Grove?

Re: Shapewear advice needed

I would recommend Marks and Spencer Autograph Firm Control Diamond Mesh Waist Cincher Knickers. They are pretty unbeatable and I have found them far more effective than Spanx. They take a while to get into but once they're on, there's a big improvement so they're worth it !

Has anyone had any experience of applying for the Nightingale Lane site but been offered the Garrard's Road site?
