Just to offer an alternative opinion....I think it depends on whether the guy was aggressive when he did it and whether it bothered your child - done in an aggressive fashion then yes I agree you might want to complain (although sometimes I think you should just tell someone directly rather than go ...

Hi there - my child has started at Crescent II this year - she is loving it and I am very pleased, teachers seem switched on, warm and friendly and all the children appeared to settle quickly which I took as a good sign. I did not look at either Bertram or Marmalade Cat so can't help with the compar...
