Hi there, what about looking into a nanny share arrangement with similar age family? You may get the benefit of both the socialisation aspect of a nursery and the convenience of a nanny. Plus it may work out more cost effective than a nanny for 3 days plus nursery. I'm currently interviewing nannies...
