Personal trainer/exercise class for diastasis recti

Can anyone recommend a personal trainer who specialises in diastasis recti or any gyms that have exercise classes to help with this specifically?

We use Hello Fresh and you can request the healthy option. Love the convenience and can highly recommend! About £37 a week for 3 meals and often have leftovers!

Sounds silly but find a lot of the activity sheets that a lot of the restaurants give out far too complicated/busy and my children tend to bore them of them very quickly and are more likely to be entertained by a simple picture to colour in!

Not sure what this post is on about.. The government offers free 15 hours according to a finding rate. Councils all over England have different rates based on a formula. Wandsworth currently offer about £5 per hour. You can't get back more of you are ( most likely charged more per hour. The maximum...

I did speak to the Council yesterday who seemed quite confident it would be sorted in time for Sep but we'"" see!!

Although, looking at the proposals, it is possible for nurseries to opt out of the 30 hours and just keep offering the 15 hours that they do already... From what I gather what has changed is that where before Wandsworth Council turned a blind eye to nurseries topping up they are now saying that it ...

Hi All Saw on here something about private nurseries no longer being able to provide the free 15 hours so thought I should ask my nursery about it. Private weekday swim crash course during term time

Hi, can anyone recommend a swim teacher for one off private lessons? It's for my son during his summer holidays but it's too early in July to fit into the normal crash courses so think it'll have to be privately arranged lessons

Hi, I once fed back honest feedback and said I didn't feel it was worth the money I'd paid for entertainment and they were very apologetic and nice about it and in fact offered me a full refund but I said I'd pay at least for their time. Anyway my point being as long as your honest and nice about it...

Thanks everyone for all the tips, all very useful and iwill try them all I'm sure! I've also found that if you pull your ear at the top when putting in the foam ear plugs it opens up your ear canal properly so that they stay in place and really do block a lot out so that's helping a lot!! Still need...
