SW London co-working spaces

Postby workspace » Thu Mar 06, 2025 1:05 pm

I'm fed up working from home so I'm looking for a co-working space in the Balham/Clapham/Wandsworth//Battersea area.

Are you a member of one you'd recommend? I'm used to WeWorks and the like so it needs to be pretty big and have some bustle about it.

Hit me with your suggestions please.

There a new space about to open above Botanica Hall / in the old Debenhams building that could work for you. Sounded really nice and the design drawings looked good. They’re starting to do site visits.

There is one on Northcote Road, in the alley near Philglas and Swiggot called Croosh hub

Or join Soho House/Balham House - not technically a coworking space but the majority of people there use it as one!

Hi there, my name is Stuart. Myself and Davina run a small (only 16 desks) dedicated desk, co-working space on Northcote Road as mentioned by this_is_cat  on the thread below. We have about 4 desks available right now. The Croosh Hub is nestled between Antica Bologna and Goys The Chemist (near Sainsbury's) set back in a little mews. Our independently run space is spread over two floors, ground floor and lower ground floor with superfast wifi, meeting room and spacious desks. A local friendly community of professionals in a bright and lovely gated mews with 24/7 access. We don't offer hot desking as we too have our own businesses working from The Hub, and find it too much admin, so members have there own desk and under desk storage to use as they please. Dog friendly, bike park, shower room on a vibrant and lovely Northcote Road, just 5 mins walk from Clapham Junction. Pop in and take a look. Website search thecrooshhub (not allowed to add link on Nappyvalley I'm afraid).

Thank you everyone.

Stuart, I did enquire about yours, I think, a while ago but I think it was a much bigger commitment in terms of time and money. I think that's what you're referencing when you say it's not hot desking. I would love to join but not quite yet, we're starting small and growing.

Thank you again.
