Does anyone know a reliable window-cleaner in the Balham area (we're in SW17, just off Boundaries Road)?

I can also recommend Matt.

He cleaned all of our windows inside and out for the first time last week. Very reasonably priced and did a great job.

He uses his own purified water so no streaks.

He is also very polite.

Hi! We live in Sw12 Dinsmore road. A guy called Jimmy regularly cleans our windows. He charges 10£ for front windows (5) and 25£ when he cleans the kitchen externsion and back windows as well. Guy just comes once per month early in the morning and does his job pretty well.
If you are interested I can ask him if he also comes to your road.

I've used Matt based on the recommendations here and Streetlife, and agree he's very good, thorough, kind and reasonable. I suggest you give him a call to describe the work or have him pop by to give you an estimate. He told me he's not the cheapest as he has all the proper insurances, his own truck, the water mechanism, etc but he's not the most expensive either. And he lives in SW and I like supporting local if its good value.

I used Matt McDonald last month, he was better value than anyone of the other quotes I got, he cleaned the windows from inside and out in an hour and he comes back every three months to clean the outsides of the front windows for £10. He was friendly, tidy and nice to have about the house. Will definitely use him again. Number is 07972062068.

Matt MacDonald also just cleaned my windows, i live on Chestnut Grove. I would recommend him very highly. 
He's professional, super polite, friendly and efficient and happy to clean internally, as well.
I very much think his ethos is ‘the customer is King, or Queen ’. Not something i find too often in the UK.
