My full time position is about to transition into a nanny share. How much should I be being paid?
Currently on £18 gross

Thanks

Would it be 2 children or more?
Nannyshare should be min £18/ h net so £9/h net for each family

Hi there,

Depending on your age, but both families have to pay you minimum wage.
I would say £24/25 gross an hour.
Please do bit of research and let families know. Legally is minimum wage each family. Do not undercharge yourself.
