Mrs Bond originally joined the schools in January 2002, and was a key member of staff in the Pre-Prep for many years before moving across to the Girls’ School as Deputy Headmistress.
Kirsten is an outstanding teacher; ambitious for the children in her care, championing wellbeing at every turn, and forming positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Under powerhouse Headmistress Mrs Claire Fildes and Mrs Bond as her second in command, Eaton House The Manor Girls’ School has soared academically with 30 scholarships and awards in 2024. Early results for 2025 are outstanding with a Music Exhibition to St Paul’s School and a Millennium Scholarship to Brighton College in Art, Choral and Sports, among many others. Mrs Bond will bring these same values of support for academic excellence and focus on the talent and wellbeing of each individual boy to the Pre-Prep school.
