Ok, so it is this time of the year again....
I'll try to ring the council later today, but I'm guessing it will be extremely busy.
If anyone knows the distances for this year please please please let me know.

The eadmissions website says the results will be emailed this evening but also be available for checking online - anyone know whether they are available in advance of the email being sent?

I have logged on to try and have a look but nothing showing yet.

We are very border line as to if we get in, would have got in last year but I think we might be just outside this year as I think the catchment area might be smaller this year. I have heard there are a lot more siblings for both Honeywell and Beleville compared to previous years.

I’m being very relaxed about the whole thing and probably should have checked this before but how do you find out exactly how far you are from your preferred school as it would be interesting to know how far outside it we as I think we will be quite close.

I think you can email the council or something so if anyone can let me know that would be wonderful.

Would also be interesting to know what the further place offered was in April and what was the further place offered by September to see how much movement there was.

You can email the council to find out how many metres away you are, but they take a week or so to come back with the answer, even when they are not busy, so I imagine that at this time of year it will take a lot longer to get an answer.

I've just checked the online system and there are no results up yet.

Good luck everyone, this can be a stressful time. We didn't get into Belleville first rounds when we applied a few years ago but got in eventually in July. So don't give up hope, there are always people moving in and out of the area, and even some kids get places the week before school starts.

I would also point out that Belleville and Honeywell are not the only good schools in Wandsworth!! Several other schools have better results.

We are 190m from Honeywell and haven't got in!

We are 210m and got a place at Belleville

We are 183 metres from Honeywell and have been offered a place!

We are 288m from Belleville, didn't get in. Hoping for the 2nd round. Couldn't manage to get hold of the council to enquire on waiting list.
