We’ve recently bought another property and used a broker I’d recommend. He was really knowledgeable and lived in the local area so was well acquainted with the estate agents around Clapham/ Balham. I can highly recommend Adrian Anderson who owns Anderson Harris https://www.andersonharris.co.uk/ 

All three of us (owners of Chelwood Partners estate agents) use Adrian to advise us personally. He is also always featured in the Times as their preferred mortgage adviser.
