3 day a week nanny needed SW17

Postby Martina1 » Wed Dec 11, 2013 9:07 pm

We are looking for a nanny for three days a week for our adorable 8 month girl and chatty, bubbly two and a half year son.
Our son loves scrunching through leaves and playing building sites. Our little girl loves having raspberries blown on her and playing peekaboo.
We would really like a nanny who is creative and chatty and who can turn a mundane walk in the park into an adventure.
Hours are likely to be 8 until 6. Not sure on the days yet as I am negotiating with work!
It's likely that I will be hiding away in the office working from home, but don't intend on getting in a good nanny's way.
Start Jan/Feb.

Hi!

I am Itxaso Gaviria and I am a Spanish primary teacher. I am 22 years old and I live in Limerick, Ireland. I have been working as au pair for 3 months and a half; I have been looking after 3 kids and doing some housework at the same time. I have enjoyed this experience and I have had a great time working as au pair. I decided that I would want to move to a bigger city with more possibilities for my spare time. My host family and I have had a great time together and we really appreciate each other

I have read your advertisemnt and I am really interested. I am planning to move to London the first week of January, so I will be able to set an interview date when I arrive there or we can have a first contact through skype. I am available full time.

I will really greatful if you answer to my post

Hi there. Thanks for your message. It's actually an experienced sole charge nanny that I need rather than an au pair.
Good luck with your job hunt

Hi Martina,
Are you still looking for a nanny? I am available Mondays and Tuesdays and either Wednesday or Thursday. I volunteer on the remaining days but it may be possible to juggle my days around.
I have over 20 years experience as a sole charge nanny and lots of baby experience. I LOVE babies! In my last full time job I took care of 3 month old twins. I'm very good at playing. When the twins' big brother was little he used to say I was his favourite toy. Happy hunting for monsters in the park, building with Lego but to be honest my enthusiasm outweighs my skill. I love getting messy; I make wicked mud pies and my fairy cakes are good too. I like crafts and happiest covered in glue and glitter. My latest project is a papier mache bowl. Trying to figure out how to prose it out of the bowl but it's looking good.
I am passionate about healthy food and have always prepared fresh healthy meals for all my children.
I am available to start whenever it suits you so please get in touch if you think I could help.
Thanks,
Julie [julielachtay@ymail.com]

Hi, my name is Holly and I am a registered childminder living off Streatham Road near Tooting. Previous to my registration I worked as a professional nanny for twenty years so have a great deal of experience and a genuine love and interest in working with children. I have my own ten year old daughter who attends Furzedown School in Tooting. We have a lovely modern house and 60 foot garden with plenty of toys, games and puzzles as well as a playhouse and trampoline! I enjoy going to the park and local play groups as well as Ball parks and Dean City Farm.I also spend time with my tiny tots at home cooking, painting and sticking and am happy to fit our days around individual sleep routines . I have lived in Tooting for fifteen years now so know many nannies, parents and childminders so am great at ensuring children in my care socialise.I make healthy and nutritious meals and snacks or am equally happy if my parents prefer to supply their own food. I can sometimes offer a pick up/drop off service depending on times so if this may work do please call me.Many thanks,Holly.07967432121
