I need my highlights doing for Christmas and my old salon has closed down. What does anyone think about Jo Partridge on Bellevue Road? Which stylist is best?

It's a really friendly salon and all the stylists are excellent, although Dannai (sp?) is particularly good at colour. The only drawbacks are the basins - for some reason the water runs continually hot and cold if more than one person is having their hair washed at a time - and they have recently put their prices up, which seems a bit short-sighted in the current climate! This might explain why they've been a bit emptier recently. You can call them on 0208 682 1066

Thanks - that's brilliant. I probably shouldn't be having my hair done at all right now but my husband's firm is having a big do so I want to make sure I don't have any roots showing!
