Second baby courses - looking for recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good second baby course? I'm a bit out of practice so some practical information and the chance to meet others would be ideal!

I did a Refresher course with the Clapham NCT which I would recommend

A lot of practical tips and a goid chance to meet mums with a similar age gap. Just one evening as well.

I second Baby Care Company, Eilish is lovely, just one evening but I came away with a to-do list of things to prepare for before having the baby and loads of things that helped dealing with the two of them afterwards.
