That's such a shame, because the school is such a warm, nurturing community. All of the students I've met (across different year groups) have been great kids - super kind, fun and confident. The teachers are 100% invested in their pupils as individuals, not just the grades. The parents are really welcoming too.
Academically, our child is engaging with subjects he didn't enjoy at primary and is thriving. The school's approach to the curriculum is innovative and it works.
Ultimately, my child is happy and that's all we could ask for. Go with your instincts, not other people's opinions, because you know your child best.
Thanks for this
I think we will go for it
your opinions reflect the impression I got from the school, which is reassuring
out of all the schools I visited, LPS had the happiest teachers that looked really passionate about their job which really impressed me
I am really wary about schools with great reputations that don't deliver for your individual child. I got a bad experience going to the primary school everyone talked great things about which was disappointing for my children
I'm really excited for LPS actually and think it will be great for my child
