Get in the disco spirit as we turn off the lights and you light up the gym with glow sticks and glow in then dark face paints (optional). Wear your bright neon work out gear if you have some too...!! We will be pumping out, 70’s & 80’s club classics for you to box and boogie to.
Boxing gloves provided if required. All Levels of fitness and boxing welcome. We guarantee you a friendly welcome if it’s your first time visiting our gym.
