The sale of my house in Kingston looks like it's fallen through. As it will be empty whilst I decide on next steps, are there any locals looking for a flexible rental perhaps whilst they renovate their own homes or are breaking a chain? Mine is part-furnished, central so very near shops, garden and off street parking. It's 5 beds/4 baths but I could rent it for less as 4 bed/3 baths as I can close off the lower ground floor.
