This shop does a wonderful range of banners, table decorations, poppers and balloons both helium and regular.

Check the parking outside, as the wardons can be a little keen, but if the restrictions aren't on they'll even help you to load your wodge of balloons straight into your car. They're about a five minute walk from Earlsfield Station near Willie Gunns restaurant.
