POST NATAL YOGA WORKSHOP IN WANDSWORTH 13TH FEB 2010
Having a baby can take its toll on both mother and child and new mums can often feel overwhelmed by these changes. This workshop has been designed for mums from 7 days post partum onwards (up to 15 years post partum - its never to late to strengthen and repair), and introduces a series of gentle yet highly effective postures, sequences and breath practices that can help a new mum to effect the necessary repair to her body and return it to optimum strength and function post pregnancy. This workshop is particularly effective in dealing with post natal weakened pelvic floor, Rectus Diastus, fatigue, weakened abdominals and the aching shoulders and neck that may result from breast feeding.
