Our client is seeking to appoint to a driven, innovative and successful project manager. They are pleased to have been at the forefront of housing for over many years, constantly adapting and evolving to meet their customers’ needs. They are now one of the leading housing associations in the UK, providing a wide range of housing solutions and community development initiatives, and working closely with local residents and partners to meet local needs.
It is an exciting time for our client who recently completed an exciting regeneration project that is set to become one of London’s major new residential destinations. The entire village encapsulates over 55 hectares of open green space.
With the development now complete, our client is looking for a skilled individual to drive the project forward over the next six months. Our client now looks to occupy these contemporary new apartments to residents aged 55 and over. This will be central to your role. You will act as a representative for our client, presenting the complex and the individual units to visitors, potential buyers, tenants and other individuals from the housing sector. You will have a strong track record of exceeding targets whilst never losing sight of the importance of your work to the wider community and the social responsibility our client prides itself on. You will be driven and forward thinking, successfully meet project deadlines and demonstrate an excellent aptitude at working with members of the public. Housing service business skills and/or sales experience would be beneficial.
