2 bed flat in Clapham for 6 months required

We're about to start renovating our house in Clapham and we therefore need to move out for about 6 months (possibly a little bit longer). We are looking for a 2 bedroom flat in the Clapham Common area. I am speaking to various estate agents, but I was wondering whether there were any individuals trying to manage the rental process privately. Ideally we will need to move around the end of October 2016. Thanks.

Would the Northcote Rd/ Battersea Rise side be too far (I am assuming you are on the Lambeth side based on your name!).
